Sludge Watch Partech 715
SludgeWatch 715 provides a simple low cost method to check the level of mud blankets in various residential tanks. The design of the cable reels eliminates the need for additional carrying bags.
The mud blanket is detected by swinging the sensor into the tank, the audible tone will change and the LED lights up after the sensor reaches the blanket. The mark on the sensor cable is then used to determine the blanket depth. Additional marks can be added to the cable to determine the minimum and minimum mud blanket positions first.
Reliable detection of the sludge interface is required to allow operators to install the de-mud tanks at the right time. Emptying the tank is too often inefficient in terms of labor and can tap the effect on the operation of other parts of the mud treatment system. Likewise allowing the tank to have too much mud can lead to the next stage of the process or to the local waterway. No scenarios are desired, and SludgeWatch 715 will provide quick and easy checks on interface positions regardless of operator ratings.
Electrical Accessories SludgeWatch 715 uses various infrared sensors to create mud interface detection. Infrared attenuation has been chosen because it is ideal for detecting sludge in the interface zone. This tends to be much more 'thin' than the mud that is in the bottom of the settlement tank.
